Unable to change clan tag and name.

Iv created a clan and it wont change name or clan tag. I deleted an tried again and still no luck just wasting gems. Plz have a look into this for me

How are you accessing the game, PC, phone or tablet.

When you edit the tag/name, and click the checkmark do you get an error message or any feedback in the local message window ?

Im on samsung 7 edge phone and i click the check mark and no message acts like it goes thru but nothing changes
